Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance for individual services or less than one week in advance for group services or holiday dates will incur a full charge. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable but may be transferred if changes are made within the allowed cancellation window. Payments remain as a credit on the client's account and can be applied to any available service area. Any changes made outside the cancellation window will result in a full charge for the canceled service.
